No. Your database is queried read-only and the dashboard is built on your own infrastructure. Business data is never stored on our servers. Credentials are deleted after handover.

Yes. Sage 50 uses an ODBC-accessible database and we've built against it before. You'll need to grant read-only ODBC access, which Sage 50 supports natively.

That's fine. We start with an Excel-to-SQLite migration as part of the scoping. It's included in the fixed price. Your data doesn't need to be tidy — cleaning it is part of the work.

You own everything — the code, the queries, the dashboard. No ongoing fees to Somvilla. Hosting typically costs £5–10/mo on infrastructure you control (Cloudflare Pages, Netlify, or similar).

No. The dashboard is a web page you open in a browser. The email digest just arrives in your inbox. Nothing to install, no training required.

The scope is defined in the brief before we quote. If something outside the scope is requested after work begins, it's quoted separately. You'll never receive a surprise invoice.
