Common questions

Anything with a documented API or database access — HubSpot, Xero, Sage, Salesforce, Shopify, custom databases, and more. If it has an API, it can be connected. Compatibility is confirmed after reviewing your brief.

Some systems support CSV or file-based exports that can be automated. Others have ODBC database access. The right approach is identified during scoping. If a system genuinely can't be connected, you'll be told before quoting.

It runs automatically on whatever schedule we agree — real-time webhooks, hourly polling, or a nightly batch. You don't need to do anything after setup.

The integration includes error handling and retry logic. If it fails after retries, you'll receive an email alert with the details. It won't silently drop records.

For most integrations, the script runs on a small cloud server (typically £5–10/mo) that you control. It's set up and handed over as part of the project. Some integrations can run serverlessly for free on Cloudflare Workers.

The brief form asks exactly the right questions to scope this properly. The fixed price covers the mapping defined in the quote. Additional fields or systems are quoted separately.
