Not as part of WebBuild's standard fixed price — e-commerce scope varies too much to quote reliably without a detailed brief. If you need a shop, describe your requirements in the brief form and we'll quote it separately.

Yes. A redesign is scoped the same way as a new build. The brief form will ask about your current setup. If the existing site has content worth keeping, migrating it is included in the quoted scope.

Yes — copy and assets need to be supplied before the build begins. Designing around placeholder text doesn't produce accurate results. If content isn't ready, the project start date moves to when it is.

You own the codebase and can edit content yourself if you're comfortable doing so. If you'd prefer us to handle updates, that's quoted separately on a per-change or retainer basis. Most small sites rarely need developer involvement after launch.
